Are human beings superior to animals? Or are they just different?     Gorilla killed after child falls into habitat- ABC News On May 28th, 2016  t he Cincinnati Zoo faced quite an issue when a three year old fell into the moat Gorilla World Habitat.  Harambe, a 17 year old Gorilla dragged the child through the moat. Most people saw this as an immediate threat, as the boy's head hit the concrete floor. Harambe stopped when the witnesses started to scream louder and he picked the boy up and held his arm. He then proceeded to get the boy to land.  The zoo finally decided to shoot the gorilla while the boy was between his legs. He was killed with one rifle shot. The reactions were unforgettable. Some stated that the gorilla was simply confused and scared, and seemed to be protecting the child. others were quick to blame the mother.     Children have less responsibilities and few rights. They are considered to not make serious decisions. They smile and play almost every day and enjoy their life to the fullest. When they become old enough to go to school and study, they make new friends and meet their school and class teachers. Their school will become their second home and they will adjust to their new lives. When we were younger, we enjoyed every second playing even if our mothers scolded for us to come inside. We would sneak out of the house to taste the raindrops and run around the woods. But as we grew up, we learned the harsh rules of the world. We had to adapt like everyone else did. People depend on the future generation to build a more complex, modern and beautiful world.          However, we must remember that past children didn’t have the freedom like we do.
