The main reason for a cinema is to go watch movies. If you
want to watch a show of any kind, you can watch them on Television. Nowadays,
people watch all their favourite movies and TV shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, HBO max and other
websites. People have set their careers as directors, assistants, actors, make-up
artists….but what was the reason for the beginning of movies?
How did the film industry come to life?

Movie, film, picture,
moving picture, moving-picture show, motion picture, motion-picture show,
picture show, pic, flick is a form of entertainment that enacts a story by
sound and a sequence of images giving the illusion of continuous movement.

The first to present projected moving pictures to a paying
audience were the Lumière brothers in
December 1895 in Paris, France. They used a device of their own making, the Cinematographer,
which was a camera, a projector and a film printer all in one.

The world's earliest surviving motion-picture film, showing
actual consecutive action is called Roundhay
Garden Scene. It's a short film directed by French inventor Louis Le
Prince. While it's just 2.11 seconds long, it is technically a movie.

The people who created films was none other than Thomas Edison and Eadweard Muybridge

“Partly, people invented movies because they could join the
technology of photography with an interest in seeing pictures move,” says
Hegglund when the question “Why was film made” came to light.

The first photographic camera developed for commercial
manufacture was a daguerreotype camera, built by Alphonse Giroux in 1839.

These are just some of the facts that the film history has. There
is a rich history in every place and there is definitely some secrets we’ll
